1. 3-phase electrical inspection

Do not start the project without Azərişıq technical inspection.

2. Gas connection and line inspection

If a new line is needed, include it in the budget upfront.

3. Water and sewage entry points

Confirm compatibility with the kitchen plan.

4. Chimney outlet and neighbor risk

Assess complaint and municipality risk in advance.

5. Ceiling height measurement

Minimum 3 meters is comfortable for suspended ceiling and ventilation.

6. Property code and prior debts

Ensure no tax or DSMF debt causes problems later.

7. Construction plan prepared

Kitchen, hall, storage and toilet planned according to flow.

8. Budget + 15% contingency fund

Do not start without setting aside a buffer for hidden costs.

9. Contractor comparison

Collect a minimum of 3 quotes.

10. Written contract

Time, price, materials and delay clauses must be in the document.

11. AQTA registration

Food safety side should proceed in parallel.

12. FHN application

Do not leave fire safety plan to the last day.
