Bakery processing facility in Yasamal suspended operations
An unscheduled inspection was conducted at a bread processing facility in the Yasamal district of Baku, revealing unsanitary conditions and unregistered activity. The facility's operations have been suspended until the deficiencies are eliminated.
Employees of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted an unscheduled inspection at a bread processing facility owned by individual Jafar Zabit oglu Javadli, located at 7A, 7th Slaughterhouse Street, Yasamal district, Baku. During the inspection, facts of violations of the requirements of technical normative legal acts in the field of food safety were identified.
According to the Agency, the facility operated in unsanitary conditions and without registration, and the principles of technological sequence were not followed. It was also recorded that breads intended for consumption were stored in an unsanitary condition in polymer packaging.
An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the deficiencies, and the facility's operations were suspended until the deficiencies are eliminated.
