The operation of an unregistered meat sales outlet in Shabran has been restricted
During an unscheduled inspection at a meat sales outlet in the Central Bazaar area of Shabran, unregistered activity and violations of sanitary rules were detected.
Employees of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted an unscheduled inspection at a meat sales outlet owned by individual Bahman Mirzali oglu Mirzayev in the Central Market area of the city of Shabran. During the inspection, violations of the requirements of technical normative legal acts were identified.
According to the Agency, the outlet operated without registration, and sanitary-technical and sanitary-hygienic rules were not observed. An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the deficiencies, and the provision of services at the sales outlet was restricted until the deficiencies are eliminated.
This is relevant for catering facilities working with meat and other animal products: when purchasing from an unregistered supplier, the risk passes to the restaurant and cafe, and in the event of an inspection, it becomes necessary to explain the supply chain.
