Azerbaijan will host a gastronomy tourism forum in Gabala in 2027
According to the State Tourism Agency, the 10th World Gastronomy Tourism Forum, organized by UN Tourism, will be held in Gabala in June 2027.
Azerbaijan will host the 10th World Gastronomy Tourism Forum in Gabala in June 2027. The State Tourism Agency reported this to AZERTAC.
The forum has been held since 2015 under the organization of UN Tourism and brings together specialists working in tourism and gastronomy, academics, producers, entrepreneurs and representatives of government bodies. The purpose of the event is the exchange of knowledge and experience on gastronomy tourism, the identification of successful practices and the strengthening of the role of this direction in the development of destinations.
Within the framework of the forum, Azerbaijan's national cuisine, traditional gastronomic heritage and local products will be presented to international tourism and gastronomy specialists. According to the Agency's statement, the event will contribute to conveying the country's gastronomic potential to an international audience, to expanding cooperation in the areas of investment and education in tourism, and to developing business relations with representatives of the international tourism industry.
