AQTA held a food hygiene training for entrepreneurs

A training session on the topic "Hygiene requirements in the food sector" was organized at the Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute (AQTI) for representatives of business entities. The training explained the role of hygiene rules in ensuring food safety, as well as the requirements to be observed during the acceptance, storage and processing of products.

Participants were informed about the personal hygiene of staff, the norms regarding the sanitary-hygienic condition of production and work areas, as well as issues of preventing cross-contamination and controlling the temperature regime. The event was held in an interactive format; at the end, participants' questions were answered and their knowledge was assessed.
