What does this tool do? Shows how much profit your guesthouse makes a month and how many months it takes to earn back the opening cost — helps you decide whether to change your price or the commission you pay to sites.

How it works

Enter the room price, number of rooms, share of booked days and the Booking/Airbnb commission. Example: a 4-room guesthouse in Shaki, 100 ₼ a night, booked 40% of the month, 15% commission.
Add monthly costs and the opening cost (renovation, furniture). Example: 1,500 ₼ a month, 20,000 ₼ to open.
The tool shows monthly profit and the payback time. In the example 70% of guests come from the sites: profit 2,796 ₼ a month, money back in about 7 months.
