What does this tool do? Shows which star level your hotel is ready for and what to strengthen before applying for star classification.

How it works

  1. Answer 12 questions: building, rooms, cleaning, reception, food, staff, documents and more.
  2. Each answer gives 25–100 points; the average becomes a star target (e.g. 65–74 points — a 3-star target).
  3. Example: a 25-room hotel in Baku with every answer at the 75-point level. Average 75: «4 stars are within reach».
