Kitchen stations
For a fast food kitchen: how many stations and staff you need for the number of menu items and daily orders, and what share of sales goes to wages.
What does this tool do? Shows how many stations to split a fast food kitchen into and how many staff to keep in each shift.
How it works
- Enter the venue type, number of menu items and orders per day. Example: a burger place by 28 May metro — 25 menu items, 180 orders a day.
- Tick how guests order: eat in, takeaway, delivery. Every extra channel adds work for the kitchen.
- The tool shows the stations (grill, fryer, assembly), staff per shift and wages as a share of sales.
How many different dishes and drinks are on your menu (e.g. 25).
